Business branding is a vital component to any company. So when leading water safety specialists, Nant Limited, approached TPSquared looking for support with branding, we were all ears. Nant wanted to launch their new innovative development experience for its emerging leaders.

The company went through a rigorous application and interview process. As a result, they selected eight employees from across their business to take part in the 12-month learning experience. The purpose of the project was to elevate their personal and professional development – hence the name Elev8.

An internationally recognised coach and people developer, Gordon Lord of Get Coaching Ltd, led the project. Working alongside the Nant leadership team, the group will explore their potential in a range of areas. These will include self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, coaching, leadership and management of people and strategy.

TPSquared initially developed three concepts as part of the business branding strategy. We worked closely with the group and collaborated to refine the final logo, along with the strapline “Reaching your potential”. Also, we created all the bespoke folders and dividers, pull-up banners, along with a notebook and pen. All modern, fresh and on brand.

The objective of the project was to give Nant a range of quality and aspirational tools, so that the employees enjoyed the learning journey. With a complete set of consistent and business branded materials, the client was delighted with the whole experience.
