In-store Point of Sale is an important part of any retail operation. For an optician and hearing aid chain of stores, it is vital.
Scrivens Opticians and Hearing Care is a family-owned and family-run business. They started the business in Birmingham in 1938, and they still have their head office situated there. As an Accredited CCGs and NHS Qualified provider, they are a major high-street optical and audio chain.
They required quarterly campaigns creating, designing and rolling out, using a variety of marketing materials. Once completed, each campaign is then printed and distributed to their branches nationwide.
TPSquared worked closely with them to deliver a broad range of design and print marketing materials. These included in-store Point of Sale items, banners, posters, leaflets, guides, booklets and branded materials. Occasionally, we designed styles to conform to NHS corporate design guidelines.
All of their design needed to be colourful and visually impactful and, as a result, was great fun to work on. Additionally, the campaigns often consisted of ‘special offer’ marketing materials for both their optical and hearing products.
