Q1 What’s your role at TPSquared and what does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day (if there is such a thing at a creative agency!) is all about balancing. Organising day‑to‑day operations, internal planning, client meetings, strategy sessions, and community engagement.

Q2 What do you love about TPSquared?
Our collaborative spirit, creative curiosity, and the chance to work across varied sectors—from education to healthcare. I also love the impact we are making in our community and supporting good causes.

Q3 What piece of advice would you give to someone starting out in the creative industry?
Believe in yourself, say “yes” to every opportunity, show up consistently and authentically and feel comfortable with failure. It’s a learning process, and THE most important piece of advice to anyone – build a network of mentors and peers to share insights, experience and support.

Q4 What’s something quirky or unexpected about you that people might not know?
I was escorted off Worthy Farm after the Glastonbury festival 2011 in a police riot van with my sister! It sounds rock ‘n roll without context to the story. My sister broke her leg falling in the legendary Glastonbury mud whilst we were in search of cheesy chips after Beyonce headline closing set on the Pyramid stage on the last night. The police were really helpful getting us to our car.

Q5 What project at TPSquared has been a stand out for you?
I love a “new project”, something we’ve never tackled before. One recent standout was designing a tram wrap, which was a first for us and such a fun creative challenge! But for me, what really makes a project memorable is the relationship we build with the client. You know it’s something special when you can have open, honest conversations, share ideas freely, and even get invited to their birthday party or awards evening. That kind of trust and connection is what makes the work truly rewarding.

Q6 What’s your favourite way to take a creative break?
Stepping away from the screen and going for a walk. It clears my head and gives me space to let ideas flow. Sometimes the best concepts come when I’m not actively trying to think of them! Failing that, I eat Haribo. Especially Tangfastics. I can hoover up one of those large bags in minutes.

Q7 Describe TPSquared in 3 words?
Collaborative, Community‑Focused, Crazy (in a fun way!)
