Initial Consultation
The onboarding process begins with an initial consultation. This meeting, most often in-person or if preferred can be held virtually, is an opportunity to understand your needs, goals, and expectations. It’s essential we ask the right questions to lay the foundation for any project.
Detailed Proposal and Agreement
Once we have a clear understanding of the your requirements, the next step is for us to prepare a detailed proposal. Our document will outline your project goals, quotes and options and timelines. We ensure our proposal is comprehensive and addresses all aspects of your project. After you’ve reviewed and approved our proposal, a formal agreement will be provided to and your project will be scheduled into our studio.
Welcome Package
We send a square shaped welcome pack, a fun and thoughtful way to kick off our relationship. The package includes key contact information and any necessary onboarding materials, and often includes some goodies.
Kick-off Meeting
During this meeting, we will introduce our team to you, review the project plan, and discuss any initial questions or concerns you might have. It’s also an opportunity to agree communication preferences, allocate responsibilities, and set any deadlines.
Regular Updates and Check-ins
Consistent communication will be made throughout your project. We schedule regular updates and check-ins to inform you of progress and address any issues that arise along the way. These touchpoints can be weekly or monthly, depending on your project’s requirements and duration. Regular updates ensure that we work in collaboration with you and that your project is kept on track.
Feedback Loop and Adjustments
Client feedback is invaluable to us. Our collaborative approach allows you to share your thoughts and suggestions at various stages of the project, which helps build trust and strengthen our relationship.
